Our name(s). Effective January 1, 2023, Post Rock Family Medicine transitioned to become two separate practices: Daniel J Sanchez, MD, PA and Rooks County Health Center Clinic (RCH-C).
Our location - just a little. You can find Dr. Sanchez in Clinic A, the space formerly occupied by Doctors Without Delay (DWD). DWD is now co-located with RCH-C in Clinic B (formerly Post Rock).
